ROBBIE Blake's double secures a point for Burnley, but it could have been so much more.

The former Bradford man came off the bench 17 minutes from time to take a point from a game which Burnley dominated.

However, the refereeing of Dean Whitesteone marred an enthralling afternoon, in which the Clarets fell behind twice, only to emerge with a point.

Ade Akinbiyi should have given Burnley the lead after 11 minutes, only to screw his shot wide with an open goal gaping.

Darius Henderson headed in a corner to give Watford an interval lead, and it wasn't until Blake's introduction that Burnley levelled.

He finished off Andrew Cole's back heel, only for Jordan Stewart to immediately fire Watford back in front.

But Blake curled the ball home two minutes from time to hand Burnley a more than deseved share of the spoils.
