Directions:
Leave the M1 at Junction 36 and follow the A61
for around eight miles into Sheffield. You will
see Hillsborough Stadium on your right. There
is some street parking or unofficial car parks
along the A61 charging around £3. Alternatively,
you can park at Meadowhall Shopping Centre (Junction
34, of the M1) for free and take a tram to Leppings
Lane in about 35 minutes.
Sheffield Railway Station is two miles from the
ground. Either get a taxi to the ground or the
bus station is a one-minute walk from the railway
station (via the pedestrian crossing, and signs).
Head for the far side of the terminus where bus
no. 53 to Ecclesfield runs to the ground every
10 minutes, as well as numbers 77 & 80 (every
15 minutes), the journey time is about 30 minutes.
